Introduction to fill.ly and Filly Browser Extension
This document addresses how we collect and protect you personal information when you use this website or our browser extension (called also "Services" in the rest of this document).
With Fill.ly you'll be able to store and maintain all the form data you saved in Filly Browser Extension.
You are not obliged to use this website. Our browser extension can work offline and without saving data on our website.
Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle and treat your personal information.
All data is securely stored in a Mysql database hosted on Vultr.
You can sign up to fill.ly using you Facebook account. We ask you for absolute minimal permission (email) to be able to login using your facebook account in fill.ly.
What data we may collect
Using GoogleAnalytics we collect information about what fill.ly pages you access, information about your mobile device (such as device or browser type), information you send us (such as an email address used to register or communicate with us), and referral information.
The only personal data we may store are those available at page. Setting them is not necessary and it's up to you wheter you provide us with those data. They are used for feature "Personal Data Filling" (Alt + Shift + 3). You may remove those data anytime on this page
Filly Browser Extension does not save any form without permission of the user. Forms are saved under two conditions:
- User is logged to Fill.ly platform
- User uses "Save current form" feature
Saved forms can be removed or edited at any time using Manage form page
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account (like using a strong password).
All forms data are encrypted using AES-256 standard.

fill.ly may periodically update this Policy. We’ll notify you about significant changes to it. The most current version of the policy will always be here.
